Tuna Sushi
- Ingredients : - For Sushi Rice: 18g of Matsuya Porridge for Nursing Care, 100cc of boiled water, 3.3g of sugar, 11cc of vinegar - For Topping: Minced lean tuna

How to cook
1) Mix vinegar and sugar with boiled water in a bowl;
2) Add Matsuya Porridge for Nursing Care gradually, and mix it until it becomes creamy;
3) Steam for 3 minutes;
4) Form steamed rice into a sushi shape by wet hand, and put tuna on top.
NOTE: Having a smooth texture is important for dementia patients. The vinegar promotes secretion of saliva, this also helps elders to intake and swallow food.
