Thickener for Omelet
- Ingredients : 5g of Matsuya Porridge for Nursing Care, 1 egg (medium size), 55cc of milk

How to cook
1) Add milk to Matsuya Porridge for Nursing Care divided into 3 times ;
2) Add egg and your preferred seasonings, and mix well;
3) Heat oil in a pan, pour egg mixture and cook until top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid remains
NOTE: You can easily make a fluffy omelet that contains an adequate amount of water
