Japanese Mugwort Mochi

  • Ingredients : 10g of Matsuya Porridge for Nursing Care, 0.5g of Japanese mugwort powder, 40cc of boiled water, 3g of sugar

How to cook

1) Mix Matsuya Porridge for Nursing Care and sugar well;
2) Add boiled water divided into 3 times, then mix until it becomes creamy;
3) Mix with Japanese Mugwort powder;
4) Form into 12-15g round shapes

NOTE: Matsuya Porridge for Nursing Care is pre-cooked, so you can make a round mochi shape just by adding boiled water. Softness of mochi can be easily adjusted by changing the amount of water you add."
