Potato and Cheese Stick

  • Ingredients : 30 g (1 oz.) of grated potatoes 10 g (0.4 oz) of Matsuya Koshihikari Rice Porridge (Calcium plus rice porridge) Grated cheese, to taste 1 teaspoon of salt

How to cook

1. Mix grated potato with Matsuya Koshihikari Rice Porridge, grated cheese and salt until it reaches the desired consistency to mold into stick shapes.
2. Shape the mixture into sticks, then stir-fry in oil until golden brown.
